We invite all of our members to join us for the second Round Table of 2026, with the University of Minnesota!

The second topic for the 2026 roundtable series will be “Off-Dry or Sweet Ciders”. The roundtable will take place on April 22nd, 2026 from 10:00-12:30 in the winery at the Horticultural Research Center (600 Arboretum Blvd., Excelsior, MN 55331). Cider makers should plan to bring one or more ciders that fit the topic to be shared with the group for the purpose of education and stimulating discussion.  Please fill out the form below if you are planning to attend the roundtable.  If more than one person from a cidery/winery is planning to attend the roundtable please have each person fill out the form individually.
