Join fellow cider lovers on Saturday, March 28th at 1:00 PM for our first Enthusiast Day of the year, hosted by Jeff Zeitler, owner and producer at Urban Forage. Jeff will guide us through an afternoon of cider exploration, including a sampling of Urban Forage ciders, a behind-the-scenes tour, and a chance to talk all things cider with the maker himself.

Urban Forage is known for its uniquely local approach to fermentation. Each season, Jeff and his team harvest fruit from backyard trees and small orchards throughout the Twin Cities—apples, pears, plums, cherries, and more—with permission from local landowners. They also forage ingredients like rhubarb, dandelions, hops, and seasonal flowers. These hyper-local ingredients are transformed into small-batch ciders and wines using simple equipment, stainless steel tanks, and oak barrels, with minimal processing and a hands-on approach.

The result? Truly local cider that reflects the neighborhoods and seasons of Minnesota.
